Biography

Areas of expertise include ethnographic research, empathic research, creative anthropology for advertising and communications, creative development for media models.

I have lectured on 'ethnography for creative & business purposes ' at Yale University, Brown University, Columbia University and New York University. In 2005, Emma established a course on ethnographic research at the Virginia Advertising Center. In 2008, Emma established the course ‘Anthropology for Creative Services’ for West Virginia University.

Also in 2008 Emma was a Founding Partner of G23, a high level advisory that focuses on communications to women and the L-Group, the Omnicom advisory focusing on the luxury market.
